Promoter Disclosure

Sondo Fi, Inc. (“Sondo Fi” or “Promoter”), a registered investment advisor, acts as a promoter for each investment adviser (the “Adviser”) that we introduce you to for the provision of investment advisory services.

Sondo Fi makes a referral recommendation to one or more Advisers based on your personal preferences and financial situation.  On each Adviser’s detailed profile on our website platform, you may find additional information about the Adviser, services offered, fees, and important disclosures.  Please review each Adviser’s information carefully.

As a non-client Promoter for the Adviser, and in the interests of complete transparency, please be advised that for five (5) years, starting on the effective date of the fully-executed investment advisory agreement between you and the Adviser (the “Referral Fee Period”), and according to an agreement between Sondo Fi and the Adviser, the Adviser will pay Sondo Fi twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross fees and compensation you pay to the Adviser. The compensation is paid to Sondo Fi by the Adviser for referring you to the Adviser as a potential client, and creates a conflict of interest due to the financial incentive Sondo Fi has to refer you to the Adviser.

In no event will our services as a Promoter include providing investment advisory services, whether on behalf of the Adviser or otherwise. Any investment advice to be provided to you shall be provided through the Adviser.

Sondo Fi’s compensation as Promoter is wholly paid by the Adviser from the investment advisory fees it earns, which are not increased or passed along to you as a client in any way. Therefore, the advisory fees you pay to the Adviser shall not be increased as a result of our referral services.

If you have any questions about this relationship, please do not hesitate to contact Sondo Fi or any Adviser to whom you have been introduced.  Please print or save a copy of this disclosure for your records.
